Caught at the Window AI

One photo. One window stare.

Caught at the Window, also called the window peeper, YAKALANDIN or AI curtain ad trend, is the viral night video where the camera pushes in on the one lit window across the street and the person inside keeps eating a burger while staring straight back, then closes the curtain. We make the selfie version: upload one photo of yourself and get a 10-second 720×1280 vertical video of you in the lit window, eating and staring into the camera, then pulling the curtain shut, with no logo at the end. $9.99, no account needed, about 5 minutes.

What is the Caught at the Window trend?

The format started on October 8, 2026 as a burger restaurant ad in Turkey, where it is called "YAKALANDIN" ("you got caught"). On October 11, 2026 an AI-made concept ad in the same style went viral on Instagram: at night the camera pushes in on the one lit window of an apartment block, the person inside keeps eating a burger while staring straight into the lens, then gets up and closes the curtain. AI templates of it, often called the window peeper trend, spread in the following weeks. memevibe is not affiliated with any brand, creator or platform; your video is made from your own photo, with a plain unbranded burger.

What does the built-in prompt do?

Every video uses our own fixed scene prompt, written from the original clip and checked by a person. It:

  • ✓ Builds the whole scene for you: a dark apartment block at night with one warm, lit window.
  • ✓ Puts the person from your photo at the table and keeps your face, hair and clothes.
  • ✓ Plays it in order: push-in, eating while staring at the camera, freeze, walk to the window, curtain.
  • ✓ Uses a plain unbranded burger and bag, one continuous shot, vertical 9:16, 10 seconds.
  • ✓ You write nothing: there is no prompt box and no settings. The video is made silent, then gets quiet original night sound.

CapCut template or memevibe: which should I use?

What is the Caught at the Window (window peeper) trend?

A viral night video from October 2026: the camera pushes in on the one lit window across the street, the person inside keeps eating a burger while staring straight back, then closes the curtain. It is also called the window peeper trend or the AI curtain ad, and in Turkey, where it started as a burger ad, YAKALANDIN ("you got caught"). AI versions put you in the window from one photo; ours ends on the closed curtain, with no logo.

How much does it cost?

Pay $9.99 once for one video on MemeVibe. You do not need an account or subscription. A failed render includes one retry; if that attempt also fails, request a refund for that video at hello@memevibe.ai.

What if the render fails?

Open your order page to retry a failed render once. If that attempt fails as well, ask hello@memevibe.ai to refund that video. Uploads that violate our rules, including photos of children, celebrities or politicians, are not refundable.

Will it look exactly like me?

Your photo guides an AI-generated scene; identity and small details can change. Use a well-lit, unobstructed portrait. A completed clip with an imperfect likeness does not qualify as a failed render and is not refunded or remade.

Can I use a photo of a child?

No. This page takes one photo of an adult only: no minors, even though the original ads starred a child. Celebrity and politician photos are not allowed either.

Does it work with a pet photo?

Not yet. This page takes one adult photo. For pets, try I Wanna Love You Cat AI or Thriller Dance AI.

Can I swap the burger for cake or another food?

No. The burger is part of our built-in scene, and there is no prompt box or food option, so every video shows a burger in plain, unbranded paper.

Do I need the original video, an app or a CapCut template?

Use the photo slots on this page: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each. MemeVibe supplies the scene instructions. You do not need to install an editor or supply a video or song.

Can I use a celebrity photo?

Choose an adult you have permission to depict, or a pet where the template allows one. MemeVibe creates the scene from those photos; public figures and copyrighted characters are excluded.

Does it have the original song?

MemeVibe supplies its own quiet background track, timed to the clip. The song associated with the trend is not included; select music in TikTok or Reels when you publish.

Who can be in the photo?

Adults only (18+). Use your own photo or one you have permission to use, and anyone in it must be 18 or older. No celebrities, politicians or copyrighted characters.

Do I have to make all 3 videos at once?

No. Your first video is made from your photo right after payment. The other 2 are credits: use them within 30 days of payment on any template, Santa included, from your order page, with new photos. To get back without an account, open My videos & credits and enter your checkout email; we email you a new private link. Finished videos are still kept for 3 days each. A 3-Video Pack is refunded in full only within 7 days of payment and only if none of its videos has been made; used, older or expired packs aren't refunded (see our refund policy).
