What photo works best?
One clear photo of you and one of your loved one, or one photo of you two together. Adults only, faces sharp and well lit; JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. No children, celebrities or politicians.
Do I need an account?
No. Add your photos, leave an email and pay as a guest; no account or registration.
What if the video fails?
You get 1 retry from your order page. If the retry fails too, we refund that video. A video you don't like or that looks different from you isn't refunded. See our refund policy.
Can I hug a deceased loved one from photos?
Yes. Use one photo of you and one of the person who passed away; the video shows you two meeting and hugging. Old or scanned photos work if the face is clear.
Can I use one group photo?
Yes, if it shows exactly two adults with both faces visible: pick "1 photo together". With more people in the photo, crop it to the two of you first.
Is it the same as Marigold Bridge AI?
No. Marigold Bridge AI shows one loved one walking a glowing petal bridge for Día de Muertos. AI Hug shows the two of you together, hugging. Both are $9.99.
Who can be in the photo?
Adults only (18+). Use your own photo or one you have permission to use, and anyone in it must be 18 or older. No celebrities, politicians or copyrighted characters.
Do I have to make all 3 videos at once?
No. Your first video is made from your photo right after payment. The other 2 are credits: use them within 30 days of payment on any template, Santa included, from your order page, with new photos. To get back without an account, open My videos & credits and enter your checkout email; we email you a new private link. Finished videos are still kept for 3 days each. A 3-Video Pack is refunded in full only within 7 days of payment and only if none of its videos has been made; used, older or expired packs aren't refunded (see our refund policy).
What memevibe does not do
